MORSE TUTORIAL
INDEX
Use this INDEX to descern which ever file is required for the phase
of learning, practice, or testing desired.
It may also be a good idea to print it out for handy reference.

(A method of learning unique to other tutorials)
Regarding CAPITALS. It would seem that one need only to think of
a char. then simply keep repeating the symbols without the
capitals file.
By using the file one need not look up the symbols first, nor
guess, and what appears on screen is correct. Repeat longer
between selections if desired, but select and LOOK.
